Delivered the plenary keynote In an Instant: How Trauma Nurses Shape Disability, Identity, & Advance Inclusive Trauma Care to an international audience of trauma professionals. The keynote explored how injury can change disability and identity in an instant, and the critical role healthcare professionals play in shaping what happens next. Through evidence, storytelling, and the ACCESS framework, the session challenged assumptions about disability and offered practical strategies for advancing more inclusive, person-centered trauma care.

Disability, Bioethics & Reproductive Healthcare
Invited to design and deliver an educational session for medical students exploring disability in OB/GYN care through both patient and provider perspectives. Disability in OB/GYN Bioethics Fireside Chat brought together clinical expertise and lived experience to examine how assumptions about disability can influence reproductive healthcare, bioethical decision-making, and the patient-provider relationship. The discussion equipped future physicians to consider autonomy, lived experience, and disability-informed, person-centered care in clinical decision-making.
